CASTELO CONCEPTS established 1990 in Hong Kong with restaurants in Hong Kong and Vietnam are currently looking for a SOUS CHEF for K TOWN BAR & GRILL located in Kennedy Town

SOUS CHEF

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with the Head Chef of Jaspas K Town
• Be responsible for the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent
• Responsible for the timeliness and quality of the menu during service
• Coordinate and manage all food production
• Ensure kitchen hygiene at all times
• Assist in staff training with the Head Chef
• Assist in menu development with the Head Chef
• Cost control

Requirements

• Three years or more of kitchen experience with at least two years as a Sous Chef
• Skilled, passionate & creative
• Excellent communicator & time management
• Reliable & responsible
• Highly Motivated with an eye for detail
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
