Guest Service Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a shift leader of front desk 
• Responsible for on-day room sales, assignment and night audit management
• Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
• Provide on-the-job training to Guest Service Agent
• Handle guests’ enquiries and complaints

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, other foreign language literacy is a plus  
• Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in the role of Front Desk Officer
• Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills

相關經驗及資歷要求

• 精通英語，中文和普通話 (書寫及口語)，懂得其他外語將作優先考慮
• 至少2-3年擔任前台接待員的經驗
• 具備良好的領導能力、演講能力和組織能力
