Provide best of care and services to guests and patrons of the hotel
Work alongside with all teams to ensure an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival and during the stay, to departure and post-departure
Responsible for the smooth handles of luggage and initial guest contact at the airport
Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities both within and outside the establishment
Foster quality customer services and enhance relationship with customers by handling telephone enquiries, referring emergencies to appropriate staff, drafting notices, reply to tenants promptly
Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in Concierge operation or related working experiences in customer service
