旅客服務主管 Supervisor

Working hours: 07:00-16:00 / 14:45-23:45 / 22:30-07:30 (6 working days per week, Shift required)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the next level of staff to meet the company set objective

  • Conduct Internal Assessment, Daily Operation & Administration work

  • Manage manpower deployment in real time operation

  • Submit incident log to Duty Manager

  • Handle incident & Complaints, Report the real time operation to Duty Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with a minimum of 5 years customer service supervisory experience

  • With experience of airline/airport operations environment is a plus

  • Competency in customer skills, operations management and common PC software

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and good inter-personal skills
