Job Title:             Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome, assist and direct visitors; escort visitor to meeting rooms
• Maintain an information directory to all department served telephone system for reference in making calls
• Manage the meeting rooms booking system and ensure that rooms are allocated efficiently
• Serve tea/coffee and other catering arrangement when needed
• Receive and screen phone calls to determine appropriate department or representative to direct to
• Deal with enquiries face to face, email and on the telephone /internal medial tools.etc
• To be professional at all times when dealing with clients, promoting excellent customer service
• Prepare regular report and other administrative support as assigned by supervisor / client
• Work location: Causeway Bay

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High Diploma holder or above, with at least 1 year relevant experience in banking, property management, hospitality or customer service
• Fresh graduate will be considered
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word); Familiarity with phone systems and basic office software and office equipment (printer, fax machines)
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Pleasant personality with strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities
