Working hours: 07:00-16:00 / 14:45-23:45 / 22:30-07:30 (6 working days per week, Shift required)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the next level of staff to meet the company set objective
Conduct Internal Assessment, Daily Operation & Administration work
Manage manpower deployment in real time operation
Submit incident log to Duty Manager
Handle incident & Complaints, Report the real time operation to Duty Manager
Job Requirements:
Form 7 or above with a minimum of 5 years customer service supervisory experience
With experience of airline/airport operations environment is a plus
Competency in customer skills, operations management and common PC software
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and good inter-personal skills
