What you’ll do
Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment functions, including general administrative support, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and related activities.
Work closely with operations and security managers to understand urgent manpower gaps, deployment timelines, and license requirements
Proactively source candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, outreach to security training centers, and community networks
Coordinate background checks, licensing verification, and medical requirements in line with security industry standards
Organize mass hiring activities such as walk-in interviews, recruitment days, and emergency hiring drives
Maintain candidate database, and ensure data are updated timely and accurately.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, hiring status reports, and manpower pipelines
Key qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within the facilities management or service industry
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and ability to effectively manage the full cycle
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse candidate populations
Proven experience in frontline or volume hiring, with security industry recruitment strongly preferred
Personal skills you excel
Fast-paced and execution-focused, with a strong sense of urgency
Confident communicator who can engage frontline security candidates effectively
Highly organized and resilient when managing last-minute or bulk hiring requests
Practical, hands-on, and comfortable working on-site or outside standard office hours when needed
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance speed, compliance, and quality hiring
