Clerk (Data Entry) — (Temporary / Part-time)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a temporary part-time Clerk to support our team with accurate data entry and basic office administration. This role is suitable for students or individuals looking for part-time / summer work experience in a professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter client information into our system for account opening
  • Ensure all submitted records are complete, accurate, and consistent
  • Perform general administrative support as assigned (e.g., document handling, filing, data checks)
  • Handle client information with strict confidentiality at all times
  • Support the team with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Chinese typing proficiency (accuracy and speed required)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
  • Preferable: Able to work at least 4 days per week
  • Welcome students interested in summer job opportunities
