(Assistant) Business Development Manager - Electrical & Mechanical Services

What you’ll do

• Liaise with Clients, Architects, Main contractors, Consultants and Vendors are essential

• Identify new sales pipelines and potential new markets for business expansion

• Build relationships with clients to maintain customer retention and driving sales growth

• Work closely with other internal departments, to develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business

• Analyze current marketplace trends and competitor activity

• Prepare and delivering tender proposals, products & services presentations to potential clients

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key qualifications

• Degree Holder or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Several years of experience in Electrical and Mechanical systems maintenance or engineering roles. Experience in a managerial position is often preferred. Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and budgets effectively

• Strong knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems, including MVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution systems

Personal skills you excel

• Experience in Building Services Engineering design and construction, preferably with years of experience in E & M contracting organizations or alternation and addition works

• Ability to work in a demanding environment and have a strong planning and organization skills

• Familiar with Regulations and Codes of Practice for Building, Electrical, Fire, Environmental, Health & Safety is mandatory. Experience in energy management is preferred.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with positive attitude

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediately available is highly preferred
