Principal responsibilities:
- Develop card product strategy and deliver marketing programmes to grow Hang Seng debit cards-in-force, supporting delivery of key business KPIs
- Manage the debit card portfolio to increase the customer base and drive spend/usage; support the design and rollout of new product features to broaden the portfolio, partnering with internal teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience
- Build and maintain strong external partnerships (e.g., co-marketing partners and card schemes) to strengthen card value propositions, secure stakeholder support, and identify new business opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and product financials with strong discipline, ensuring effective allocation of spend and efficient delivery of outcomes
- Oversee portfolio governance and controls, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory obligations and card scheme requirements
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 8 years’ working experience in credit / debit card product management with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong business acumen, solid numerical and analytical mindset
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Great sense of ownership and accountability, able to work independently and apply good problem-solving skills
