Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Virtual and Online Services Operations team. Manage a team of supervisors and tellers to provide quality customer service such as opening new accounts and handling deposit account transactions.

  • Provide guidance and support to subordinates to resolve special requests.

  • Ensure all operations are carried out in a proper manner and full compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate and track internal business reporting of the business unit regularly.

  • nterface with other business and operational units in service delivery.

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder to above;

  • At least 10 years working experience in banking operations and/or customer service with emphasis on account opening and deposit account functions.

  • Familiar with account opening and deposit account operation procedures and customer requirements with good understanding of AML and other requirements.

  • Good communication and interpersonal and reporting skills.

  • Self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
