Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of Virtual and Online Services Operations team. Manage a team of supervisors and tellers to provide quality customer service such as opening new accounts and handling deposit account transactions.
Provide guidance and support to subordinates to resolve special requests.
Ensure all operations are carried out in a proper manner and full compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Coordinate and track internal business reporting of the business unit regularly.
nterface with other business and operational units in service delivery.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Degree holder to above;
At least 10 years working experience in banking operations and/or customer service with emphasis on account opening and deposit account functions.
Familiar with account opening and deposit account operation procedures and customer requirements with good understanding of AML and other requirements.
Good communication and interpersonal and reporting skills.
Self-driven, independent and able to work under pressure.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
