Responsibilities:

• To lead the team & perform sales functions and develop our treatment services.
• To communication well with customers, coaching staff to provide professional advice and maintain excellent customer relationship.
• To lead the team & achieve sales objective and supervise sales functions.
• To develop oversee all strategies and initiatives for sales & operation.
• To decide promotion plans for treatment services.
• Oversee daily sales operations and strong sales management of treatment centre.
• Effective measure for stock control and cost control policy.
• To develop & expand the treatment centre.
• Other ad hoc matters.

職責：

• 領導團隊並執行銷售職能並發展我們的美容療程服務。
• 與客戶進行良好的溝通，指導員工提供專業建議並維持良好的客戶關係。
• 領導團隊並實現銷售目標並監督銷售職能。
• 制定監督銷售和運營的所有戰略和措施。
• 決定美容療程服務的推廣計劃。
• 監督美容院的日常銷售運作和強大的銷售管理。
• 有效的庫存控制措施和成本控制政策。
• 發展和擴大美容院。
• 其他臨時事項。

Requirements:

• Diploma / University graduate in Operations or related discipline
• 3 years of work experience in beauty salon or beauty
• industry of sales management, preferably with exposure in multi-national company
• Good business planning, organization and negotiation skills
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel, basic PC knowledge

• 3年美容院或美容行業銷售管理工作經驗，有跨國公司工作經驗者優先
• 良好的商業計劃、組織和談判技巧
• 良好的中英文口語和書寫技能
• 精通MS Excel，基本PC知識
