Job Overview

This role assists Restaurant & Bar team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalised and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being an Events Executive/ Coordinator is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Assist in the planning of various of high-quality events
  • Develop and maintain events guest database which includes information such as event contact list, industry breakdown etc.
  • Ensure timely response on all incoming enquiries and leads with tracing system
  • Understand overall market and economic trends; ensure competitive pricing for the same market segment
  • Partner with wedding/credit card/associations/chambers to develop business opportunities
  • Involve in Events projects and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • Minimum 2-3 years of food & beverage experience is preferred, candidates with more experience will be considered as Events Executive
  • Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent, or in related disciplines
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Cheerful, self-motivated, independent, with multi-tasking capability
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Events Coordinator
