Treasury Accountant (14-month salary guaranteed)

We are looking for a Treasury Accountant to join our team.

Job Description:

• Responsible for regular treasury operations such as bank account opening and closing, bank account annual review, know your customer (KYC) checking and Anti Money Laundering (AML) matters.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with bankers and relationship managers.
• Prepare compliance documents for banks.
• Handle daily treasury operation including payment applications, reimbursement, bank reconciliations, monthly treasury report etc.
• Filing, updating, and maintaining statuary records.
• Assist in audit & compliance works and liaised with internal and external auditor.
• Perform tax computation and handle tax filing.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required by Management.
• One man band role

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in banking, accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
• 1-3 years’ relevant experiences in treasury management & accounting.
• Solid experience in bank account management with rich banking resources are preferred.
• Familiar with KYC requirements and procedures are advantages.
• Proficient in PC applications, Quickbooks and MS Office especially in MS Excel.
• High integrity and strong sense of responsibility with great attention to accuracy and detail.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
• Willing to travel oversea when necessary.
