Manager / Assistant Manager- Actuarial Dept

Responsibilities

• Keep team updated with the on-going regulatory requirements for Par business in Hong Kong and Macau;
• Advise implementation and assist in prepare methodology paper on relevant on-going Par management, considering IO Sec22, SAA / Investment Strategies, Product Series, Regulatory Compliance, Company maintenance capability and Market Practice;
• Responsible for Par/UL practice, majority in regular dividend/crediting review;
• Par Fund Modeling advice, Asset Share, Sensitivity testing and impact on companies KPI;
• Familiar with Governance, and responsible for Par approval process, like board meeting support, such as Dividend Recommendation presentation and advice on board meeting material;
• Advise and assist in design governance structure, policies procedures , and key controls.

Responsibilities：

• University graduate, major in Actuarial, Statistics or relevant majors;
  Candidates with good actuarial qualification examination progress are preferred;
• University graduate with at least Four/Five years of relevant Par management experience;
• VBA, Powerpoint, Prophet
• Strong analytical skills and critical mindset. Able to work under pressure. Possess good project management skill;
• Highly flexible to handle ad hoc assignments as required.
