Responsibilities:
·To provide compliance advices and support on the daily operations, new business initiatives and insurance products
·To review and maintain the internal policies and procedures to ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements
·To conduct regular assessments and reviews on compliance issues such as AML, FATCA, CRS, personal data issues, connected transactions and outsourcing
·To assist in preparing Chinese compliance reports to management and Group Company
·To handle enquiries from regulators
·To conduct internal trainings on all compliance issues to enhance the compliance consciousness of all staff levels
·To handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
·Work base in Headquarter (Hung Hom)
Requirements:
·Degree holder in Law, Accounting or other related disciplines
·Minimum of 5 years compliance experience in financial institutions with experience in life insurance companies is a must
·Sound knowledge of insurance and related regulatory requirements
·Good analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
·Motivated, problem-solving and details oriented
·Able to work independently as well as part of the team
·Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
