Stewarding Supervisor

We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising Shift Leader, Pot-Washer and Stewarding Attendant’s work performance, taking ownership of Stewarding Store’s inventory as well as being the Departmental Trainer of the Stewarding Department.
• Monitors in-house recycling and food donation activities or any other CRS related initiatives gazetted by the senior management
• Reviews and arranges equipment for daily events
• Conducts machinery check and issues work order via hotel’s repair and maintenance system

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Stewarding Shift Leader role or similar hospitality background is preferred 
• Secondary / High school, relevant food hygiene certificate. Hygiene Manager certificate is an advantage
• Fair command of Cantonese and English
