Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls, greeting guests, courier/mails/fax arrangements
  • Manage conference room bookings 
  • Perform office administration work such as procurement of office supplies, office housekeeping and maintenance of office equipment
  • Provide clerical assistance to HR & Admin Department including filing, word processing
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance and leave records
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
