The Role
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, the job holder’s major responsibilities are to:
- Provide secretarial support to Department Head
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials, includes handling confidential documents
- Maintain a clear CAD filing system (both hard and soft copy)
- Support Department Head in preparing yearly budget and budget control
- Handle sponsorship/donation administration
- Assist in event management and terminal visits logistic arrangement
- Manage photo library, award record, souvenir record of the Group and ensure the media list is up-to-date
- Coordinate corporate participation in awards/trade association events
- Provide admin support for CSR activities and coordinate volunteering activities
The Person
The ideal candidate should have / be:
- Form 7 or DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in secretarial/administrative role
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on knowledge of PC applications such as MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and website administration, etc
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently while being a team player
