Job Summary

• Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and staff record maintenance
• Assist in implementation of HR programmes
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 3 years' experience in similar capacity, familiar with Labour Ordinance
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
