Job Summary

One of the key members in Account Management team to proactively solicit and manage business production for Corporate accounts. Actively identify upselling opportunities to grow and maximize revenue. Implement action plans to achieve personal and team goals that align with the business strategies of the hotel. Responsible for driving guest loyalty by delievering service excellence throughout the guest experience. 

Job Requirement

• University Degree/ Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar capacity in a 4-5 star international brand hotel
• Articulate, good presentation skills in both English and Chinese
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Well organized, self-motivated and willing to take up new challenges
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
