- Protection of hotel guests, staff, assets (tangible and intangible) and other resources by developing and maintaining an organization that is responsive to the current, continuing and immediately foreseeable security safety of the Hotel
- Design and implement a comprehensive security programme consistent with identified risks
- Ensure an orderly and uninterrupted hotel work environment
- Function as an asset protection advisor to the Hotel Management
- Ensure the organization operates strictly within legal and ethical parameters

- 5 years of security experience in hotel and/or commercial or residential property in which 3 years supervisory experience
- Formal tertiary education
- Holder of Valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate
- Proficiency in written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel plus English and Chinese Word processing)
- Good relationship with law enforcement agencies is preferred.
