Job Summary

• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes
• Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar
• Respond to guest requests and ensure fulfillment of thier needs

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant experience gained in hotels, clubhouses or free-standing restaurants and bars
• Knowledge or training in mixology is an advantage
• Passionate and service oriented 
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
