To preform various administrative tasks as assigned;
To ensure a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests;
To align top service level and expectation among CS team;
To build good relationship with visitors and shoppers;
To handle enquiries and complaints from customers in professional manner.
Job Requirements:
Form 6/7 graduation or above;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer services, preferably in frontline customer interaction, shopping mall concierge experience, hospitality or tourism; 1 year of it at supervisory level.
Passionate with people and customer service, friendly and outgoing;
Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills;
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset;
