Estate Officer / Assistant Estate Officer

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Estate Manager, assist in the overall property management work of the estate assigned
• Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants / owners
• Responsible for daily operation including handling enquiries and complaints from residents 
• Assist to monitor the performance of cleaning, security and maintenance works

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above
• 3 years or above working experience in property management is preferable
• Holding a valid Property Management License is preferred
• Proficient in PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good skill in communication and be able to work with people at all levels
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Estate Officer
