What will you do?

You will craft authentic connections, pioneer unforgettable experiences, and nurture a compassionate community at Lanson Place.  You will:

• Supervise the daily cleaning and maintenance of all public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation

• Conduct regular inspections of public areas, including the hotel lobby, corridors, washrooms, lifts, meeting rooms and back-of-house areas

• Assign daily duties and provide guidance and support to Public Area Attendants

• Monitor associates’ performance and provide on-the-job training to maintain service and cleanliness standards

• Monitor the use and stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Ensure compliance with the hotel’s health, safety, hygiene, and security policies and procedures

​​​​​​What do we seek in you?

• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience
  具三年或以上相關工作經驗
   
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment and workplace safety standards
  熟悉清潔程序、清潔劑、器材及工作安全標準
   
• Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented attitude
