Senior Project Manager - Wealth Management Operations

Position Summary

Responsible for providing regional overall support to all system development projects and system services for Wealth Management Division.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing and operations units of Wealth Management Division of different regions to provide quality account services to customers
• Provide business/operations support to Regional Operations Hub Centre
• Support all system development projects of the Department throughout system development life cycle, i.e. analyzing business features, performing system design and development, system test and implementation
• Provide and support user training on systems related to Wealth Management services and products
• Prepare system manuals or user guides for systems related to Wealth Management services and products

Requirements

• University graduate or above is preferred
• Preferable 8 years experience in computing and system projects, with at least 5 years in system analysis and development in financial institutions or banking sector
• Knowledge in Wealth Management products and services is preferred
• Experience in regional business/operations support function is an advantage
• Good understanding in system concepts and project management techniques is preferable
• HKIB or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
