OK Finance - Assistant Sales Manager

The job holder will be responsible for supporting customer referral agencies and sky branch sales operation.  He / She will provide operation support and monitoring for business acquisition channel with actively managing their productivity and performance to achieve agreed revenue targets and maximize sales contribution to the Company.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Supporting Senior manager to Develops a business plan and sales strategy for customer referral agencies and Sky Branch Sales that directly supports the attainment of the Company’s revenue goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the management of performance of various business acquisition channels to ensure business target is met.
• Supporting calculation and verification of incentive schemes
• Perform regular monitoring and checking of customer referral agencies and Sky Branch sales to ensure compliance with regulatory requirement
• Handles internal and external customer enquiries in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Incumbent Requirements

• Form 5 / Matriculation or above
• Experience in managing a sales team within the consumer finance/bank industry is advantage
• Solid understanding of consumer finance market dynamics
•  Familiar in Microsoft office especially for EXCEL 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
