(Senior) Dealing & Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer hotline services by addressing inquiries, executing orders, and resolving complaints in a professional manner
• Manage the account opening processes for both individual and corporate clients
• Conduct comprehensive KYC, CDD, and AML procedures, including periodic reviews and investigations of trigger events
• Maintain customer data with a high level of accuracy  
• Handle client fund and stock In/Out
• Perform other dealing duties as requested and assigned by supervisors
• Rotate night shift duties and work on public holidays may required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in business, marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Dealing or Customer Services
• Holder of SFC Licenses is preferred
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluent Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Dealing & Customer Services Officer
