Credit Risk Manager

Job Purpose:

The job holder will be responsible for credit risk matters including regular MIS update, ECL calculation and monitoring, participating in scorecard development and engaging in different projects to digitalize the loan product from risk perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and automate the risk MIS report for portfolio monitoring
• Provide insight from ECL analysis
• Conduct portfolio analysis and monitoring to identify potential credit risk and provide insight on the risk mitigation in policy or collection action
•   Assist in formulating and reviewing credit risk management policy with reference to the group and regulatory requirements

Incumbent Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or related field; FRM or CFA preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in consumer lending industry
• Proven track record of driving transformation through analytics
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Strong proficiency in SAS, SQL or Python is required
