Officer, Operations (Client Onboarding) (1 Year Contract)

Position Overview
The role will be part of the AML Control Team within Private Banking.

Team Responsibilities
The team is responsible for:

• Account onboarding
• Customer due diligence for Private Banking clients
• Ongoing monitoring activities

Role Responsibilities

The position will provide support in:

• Document and information review for additional account opening of existing Private Banking client
• Conducting name and media searches
• Maintaining customer data
• Filing and documentation
• Other administrative tasks to assist the team

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Minimum a year of relevant working experience in banking or financial industry
• Good PC application knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong analytical mind
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree with financial academic background will be considered
