Senior Asset & Liability Management Manager [Ref no: SALMM-ALAI]

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a small team for the formulation and implementation of policies and systems related to asset and liability management; 
• Monitor business development plans and annual business plans, analyse business budgets and assessment measures, optimize the structure of assets and liabilities, and maintain a dynamic balance of resource allocation;
• Examine asset liability management, monitor and ensure the effective operation of ALCO meetings and other operational analysis meetings on a regular basis. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years of banking experience. Be familiar with commercial bank asset and liability allocation, budgeting and planning, operating analysis, etc;
• Professional qualification in FRM or CFA or CPA would be an advantage;
• Good in data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage.
