Specialist, Business Strategy (1-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate various units within HK Branch, Overseas Branches and Head Office to implement business strategy and exercise business management
• Prepare MIS reports that cover North East Asia region
• Assist to perform financial forecast and analysis, identify risks and opportunities for businesses
• Co-ordinate relevant parties to develop new strategic initiatives as assigned by senior management and monitor the project progress
• Revisit the existing processes, formulate and revamp relevant policies to facilitate the administration and overall business management
• Work on various ad-hoc projects as assigned by Section Head

Ideal candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in banking and finance industry
• Outstanding project management and coordination skills
• Experience in system upgrade project management preferable
• A good team player and able to handle multitasks and work under pressure
• Experience in making project proposals and monitor progress independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with different stakeholders
• Self-motivated and creative, attentive to details with high accuracy
• Strong PC skills, proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
