Treasury Clerk (Fresh Graduate will be considered)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Group’s cash receipts are accounted properly and timely
  • Process cash and bank collections control reports and follow up on discrepancies
  • Check petty cash request form to ensure compliance with policy
  • Prepare cash flow forecast of subsidiaries
  • Arrange inter-company fund transfer
  • As a custodian of various festival food coupons, membership card, cash coupon and cheque books
  • The owner of the petty/operating cash flow in conducting an inventory of the surplus cash and performing internal control tasks
  • Process foreign currency exchange received from the front desk of hotel
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
  • 1-3 years related working experiences in Accounting, Finance or Treasury
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Responsible, detail-minded and take initiatives
  • Fresh Graduates can be considered
