Officer, Unsecured Lending (marketing role)

Report to Section Head, Unsecured Lending, you will support new product development and launch effective marketing campaigns for unsecured lending products (Personal Loan / Card Loan) in order to deliver business targets including portfolio growth and interest income.

Main Responsibilities:  

• Assist in new product development, acquisition, utilization and management of personal loan /card loan products with strong customer and service orientation.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for execution of marketing campaigns in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop online and offline marketing communication materials.
• Closely monitor competitor activities on regular basis.
• Prepare briefing and training materials to various sales channels for ensuring well-understanding on product / campaign details and delivery of sales targets.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance, result tracking and fulfillment.
• Monitor marketing budget and settle payments 
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required

Incumbent Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• 2-3 year’s relevant experience in product development and marketing of unsecured personal loan / credit card loan products & services (candidate with less experience would be considered as officer)
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player with a strong sense of ownership and attention to details
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills in Cantonese, English and preferably in Mandarin;
