Summary
- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- You will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications
- Form 5 or above;
- Minimum of 2 years of related working experience (preferably in hospitality industry);
- Holder of valid driving license (No. 1 & 2 );
- Good command of Cantonese and basic conversational English;
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills are a must;
- Shift duties is required
