Waiter / Waitress - Red Sugar (侍應生)

We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress - Red Sugar (侍應生) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Waiter / Waitress, we rely on you to:

• Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant and section appointed
• Ensure service is delivered according to restaurant standards
• Make recommendations for dishes, take order and deliver food and beverages
• Collect customers’ feedback to ensure a satisfactory dining experience for guests
• 確保餐廳及工作區域運作順利
• 確保服務符合餐廳標準
• 為客人提供餐飲建議、落單及上菜
• 獲取客人意見，確保客人獲得良好的餐飲體驗

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant experience in food & beverage service, preferably in the Hotel Industry
• Customer-oriented team player with good communication skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• 具備餐飲工作經驗，具酒店行業經驗或受正規酒店管理培訓優先考慮
• 以客為先、具良好團隊合作精神和溝通能力
• 良好中文、英文、普通話
• 歡迎應届畢業生
