Job Responsibilities工作職責:
Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with the restaurant's quality and consistency standards.
確保所有食品均按照餐廳的品質及一致性標準進行製作及呈現。
Responsible for the operation and daily management of all Pastry Kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with the hotel's safety guidelines and standards through thorough knowledge of related procedures.
負責餅房各項設備的操作及日常運作,並熟悉相關流程,以確保符合酒店的安全指引及標準。
Ensure food displays are properly maintained, perform routine inspections, and coordinate preparations for event orders.
確保食品陳列妥善,進行例行檢查,並協調及準備活動訂單。
Monitor and control portion sizes and ingredient consumption to optimize food costs and minimize waste.
監控並控制食品份量及食材用量,以優化食品成本並減少浪費。
Inspect and ensure that all Pastry Kitchen work areas and surrounding environments are maintained in accordance with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
檢查並確保餅房內所有工作區域及周邊環境保持高度清潔及符合衛生標準。
Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items, recipes, ingredients, preparation methods, quality standards, and related product information.
充分掌握餐牌食品的種類、食譜、配料、烹調方法、出品質素標準及相關產品知識。
Job Requirements工作要求:
Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in a Western pastry kitchen.
具有至少五年或以上之西式餅房工作經驗。
High school or Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or equivalent.
具有高中學歷或持有餐飲管理、酒店管理或同等相關的專業證書。
Certificate in Hygiene Supervisor Certificate or above is preferred.
具有衛生督導員證書或以上優先考慮。
Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua.
具有講,讀和寫簡單英語及普通話能力。
