About the Role

As a Waiter / Waitress - In-Room Dining (侍應生), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of orders and provide attentive follow-up service.
• Deliver a satisfactory dining experience of all guests.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
• 提供客房餐飲服務
• 確保客人獲得良好的餐飲體驗
• 履行上司分配的工作

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Service Industry.
• Customer-oriented team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• 具備至少一年酒店或餐飲服務業相關工作經驗
• 以客為本及具備團隊合作精神
• 良好中英文書寫及會話能力
