Personal Assistant (Focus on Personal Errands)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain calendar, schedule meetings and send reminders 
  • Assist with various errands for personal matters and part of business matters
  • Book flights, hotels and other travel arrangements and create itineraries  
  • Assist with various administrative, expense tracking, and bill payment
  • Maintaining organized files and records
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism

Requirements:

  • With caring personality and pay close attention to detail
  • Essential for liaising with various contacts and acting as gatekeeper
  • Active listening and good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively
  • Willing to stand by and provide assistance during weekends as necessary
  • Short business trip as necessary
  • Good command of spoken & written in English, Mandarin & Chinese
  • Microsoft Office Suite
