Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Provide full scope of administrative support to the Sales department and Executive Office including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and meeting minutes
  • Handle incoming telephone and email enquiries
  • Maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, contracts and quotations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft applications
  • Experience in hospitality field is an advantage
  • Relevant Sales & Marketing / hospitality experience is an advantage
