Administrative Officer (Sales & Marketing Department)

Responsibilities:

  • To perform general office administration duties and clerical support to Sales & Marketing Department
  • Handle incoming enquiries for the Sales and Marketing Department
  • Coordinate with internal parties to launch promotional offers and sales activities
  • Handle ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Chinese word processing
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud system will be an advantage
