Position: Guest Relation Officer
About the role
This roles is responsible to provide exceptional front-of-house service by welcoming clients, supporting events, and ensuring a well-managed and inviting Premier Banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect meeting rooms before and after operating hours to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of all equipment.
- Manage meeting room bookings, including reservations, scheduling, and coordination for visitors and internal staff.
- Welcome VIPs and visitors, and escort or direct them to meeting rooms or relevant staff.
- Handle refreshment services by taking orders, preparing drinks/snacks, and coordinating with the bar for food and beverage delivery.
- Support branch events and activities, including serving welcome drinks and managing guest flow.
- Monitor front-of-house facilities (e.g. coffee machines, water dispensers, carpets, plants) and report maintenance or replenishment needs.
- Assist with visitor enquiries and direct them to relevant bank staff when necessary.
- Provide reception support for special and ad-hoc events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the on-site supervisor.
- Able to work from 08:30 to 18:00 Mondays to Fridays, and from 08:30 to 13:00 on Saturdays.
Qualification and requirements:
- High Diploma holder or above, with at least 1 year relevant experience in banking, property management, hospitality or customer service.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word); Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment (printer, fax machines)
- Business proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Pleasant personality with strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities
