Assistant Manager (Supervisor role), Customer Information Services (Kwai Hing)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee daily operations of a working team to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage complex inquiries from solicitors, accounting firms and front-line staff and resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Prepare daily operational statistics reports to ensure compliance with internal requirements.
• Review and issue correspondence to solicitors, accounting firms, customers regarding relevant cases, as well as to local banks or agencies to request credit reports.
• Oversee daily reports and updates for CRA/CCRA, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support to various sections of the Centre as needed.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements and process improvements
• Ensure proper document filing and record-keeping in accordance with Bank’s policies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Management or related disciplines with 10 years of relevant experience in banking industry
• Familiar with banking or branches general operations and regulatory requirements
• Confident, attentive to details, team work and able to work independently with good interpersonal skills
• Good English writing skills, proficient in MS Office applications including English and Chinese word processing
• Work location: Kowloon Commerce Centre (5-minute walking distance from MTR Kwai Hing Station)
