Job Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute product management strategies and marketing initiatives to drive the growth of cross-border business.
Perform regular montioring on cross-border business performance in termms of customer number, transaction volume, AUM etc.
Keep track on cross-border product/service of competitors and market trend to formulate initiatives to drive cross-border business growth.
Coordinate with mainland headquarter/branches in various of issues of business performance reporting, customer service, complaint handling etc.
Perform end-to-end cross-border customer group related campaign/product management from proposal, execution, performance review and reporting.
Work with stakeholders on system enhancements, ad hoc projects and new product/service initiatives.
Handle cross-border product related compliance reviews to ensure that regulatory guidelines and the bank policies are fully complied.
Job Responsibilities
Bachelor Degree of above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines
At lease 2 years relevant experience and 4 years experience in retail banking
Knowledge in Retail Banking products and services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, communication skills
Independent, able to work under pressure, open minded and sensitive to market changes
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua
