Responsibilities 職責
Clean and maintain all hotel public areas, including lobby, corridors, restrooms, elevators, staircases, offices, associates areas, and back-of-house areas 清潔及保養酒店所有公共地方,包括大堂、走廊、洗手間、升降機、樓梯、辦公室、員工區域及後勤區域
Replenish public restroom supplies (such as toilet paper, hand soap, towels, etc.) 補充公共洗手間用品(如衛生紙、洗手液、毛巾等)
Promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors 及時向主管報告任何維修問題、損壞或安全隱患
Follow the hotel’s cleaning schedules, work procedures, and safety standards 遵守酒店的清潔時間表、工作程序及安全標準
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly and safely 正確及安全地使用清潔化學品及器材
Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries 迅速及有禮貌地回應客人的要求及查詢
Assist housekeeping team members as needed 按需要協助房務部團隊成員
Maintain professional appearance and courteous work attitude at all times 時刻保持專業儀容及有禮貌的工作態度
Comply with hotel policies, as well as health, safety, and hygiene regulations 遵守酒店政策,以及健康、安全及衛生相關規定
Qualifications 資格
Hard-working and willing to take responsibilities and initiative 勤力、有責任感及積極
Able to work in shift duty 須輪班工作
