Manager, Business Management - Financial Institutions Department

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review procedure manuals to ensure compliance with requirements prescribed by regulators and the Bank
• Implement and monitor control mechanism according to internal guidelines
• Provide business and administrative support to the department
• Prepare internal and regulatory reporting
• Participate in ad-hoc projects where necessary

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in finance, business or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in the banking industry, preferably in wholesale banking
• Knowledge of relevant regulations applicable to financial institution business
• HKIB or equivalent professional qualifications preferred
• Mature, self-initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
