Business Control Officer - Channel & Transaction Management

Responsibilities
Ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators
Assist team to ensure the operation of personal digital channels in compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and internal guideline and meet the pre-defined SLA
Collaborate with the related sections and provide comments on operation and outsourcing review in process control perspective
Conduct the regular review of digital channels and platform related security tips and arrange Email notification or others appropriate means of communications to educate customer with the latest cyber security information
Follow up the incident case on suspicious / fraudulent websites, Apps and emails purporting to be related to the Bank
Conduct investigations on digital channels fraud related issues
Assist in the evaluation of control measures for mitigating AML risk and other relevant risks
Co-ordinate with sections within department / other functional units to investigate the non-compliance, operational and fraud risk incidents in due course
Requirements
University graduates preferably in Finance, Business or related discipline
Preferably over 3 years’ experience in banking sector
Good understanding in banking products and services
Good command of detection and analytical mind
Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to show potential to have a growth mindset
Able to work under pressure and independently
Able to keep abreast of the trend in the industry, e.g. digital fraud activities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
