Responsibilities
- Deepen client relationships with existing corporate clients and solicit new clients/businesses
- Manage and grow existing portfolio of assigned clients including multinational conglomerates, top tier blue chips, local corporates, property investors, funds, etc.
- Liaise with various internal / external stakeholders to pitch and close cross sells in various aspects, including Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury / Financial Market products, etc.
- Independently manage the full spectrum of credit process, including new transaction pitching, term sheet drafting, price setting, preparing credit application report for credit approval, loan documentation, post disbursement credit monitoring, credit review, account opening, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by team head, including conducting market study, provide market intelligence, provide guidance to junior RMs, etc.
Requirements
- University graduate in Finance, Economics or related discipline, with HKICPA / ACCA / CFA or equivalent professional qualifications an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years’ corporate banking experiences in deal origination and client relationship management with well-developed business connections
- Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical and relationship building skills
- Sales & customer oriented with solid credit analysis knowledge
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
