Vice President / First Vice President (Loan Products Manager) - Business & Digital Development

Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Development: Design and roll out commercial loan and treasury solutions that align with the evolving needs of corporate and SME clients.
• Business Growth: Drive cross-divisional referrals to foster collaboration, expand offshore revenue streams, optimize credit fees, and introduce innovative pricing strategies to enhance non-interest income and treasury revenue. 
• AI & Process Optimization: Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance workflows for front-line teams, improving operational efficiency. 
• Regulatory & Market Leadership: Lead regulatory initiatives and manage loan portfolio maintenance, ensuring strict compliance and zero regulatory breaches.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, operations, and risk management to ensure successful market entry and continuous product refinement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or Fintech related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management and front-line roles within banks, with a focus on corporate/commercial lending and treasury products. (Candidates with 6+ years of experience will be considered for the First Vice President role)
• Strong proficiency in computer skills, with practical experience or a strong aptitude for utilizing AI tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• HKIB qualification under the ECF would be an advantage.
